Hey my name is Kayla I have been in love with health and fitness my whole life - spending hours in the gym and challenging my body to its limits.

Once I became a Mom and no longer had time to dedicate hours to working out and meal planning I knew I had to create another way. As a personal trainer and nutritionist I had all the knowledge but it took some mindset work to get there.  

But out of that was birthed everything I teach in my 6 week Fat Loss Accelerator Challenge using my 3M Method.
