Hi, I’m Kayla — I’ve been a personal trainer for 14 years, and I absolutely love fitness and fostering community.
When I became a mom, I realized how hard it can be to find the time (and energy!) to prioritize both physical and spiritual health. Having workouts created for me, a plan to follow for my quiet time with God, and accountability completely changed how I showed up for myself — and I knew I wanted to give that same gift to other women.
That’s why I created Strength + Stillness — a completely FREE challenge that combines fitness and faith to help you recharge, reconnect, and refocus this holiday season.
For me, movement and time with God aren’t just about physical health — they’re essential for my mental and emotional well-being too. Especially as a busy mom, that time to breathe, move, and set my intentions for the day keeps me grounded.
My goal is to bring together women from all over the world — to move, grow, and encourage one another through this 25-day journey.

Christian!
Christian is a wife and mom to two beautiful girls who has a heart for helping women grow in their faith and confidence.
She serves faithfully in her local church — leading worship and pouring into the next generation through kids ministry.
Christian has a true gift for communicating God’s Word in a way that’s both encouraging and challenging — helping women draw closer to the Lord while stepping into their full potential.
Throughout the Strength + Stillness challenge, Christian will be sharing daily reflections and insights from the devotionals. Her words and wisdom will uplift you, inspire you, and remind you of God’s presence in every step of your journey.
You are going to be so blessed by her heart and encouragement each and every day.

After baby #2, I was dying to feel like myself and fit into my clothes again but nothing that used to work for me (breastfeeding + cardio) was working.
So, I decided to put my faith in KBFit Crew and lifting weights.
By week 4, I already noticed a massive change in my clothing—plus, I had SO much more energy.
By the end of week 8, I could not believe my results
and the level of workouts I was able to complete.

I used to go all in, burn out, and fall off track—over and over again. I needed someone to hold me accountable and help me break that cycle.
KBFit Crew gave me the push I needed. I had tried everything, but nothing ever stuck—until this.
For the first time, I built a sustainable routine that I actually love and got back to feeling like myself again.
Coming from Beachbody, where I was killing myself with workouts, this program was a total game changer. It was actually attainable—and the results speak for themselves! 💪🏼
The biggest change for me was breaking free from my all-or-nothing mindset. I used to think I had to work out all the time—too long, too often—to be fit.
Deep down, I knew that wasn’t realistic with two young kids, and it made me feel like I was losing a big part of myself.
I actually laughed the first time I finished a short workout in this program and still felt just as strong and sore as I did after my old, exhausting routines. It made me realize I never needed to push that hard to see results.
Now, I feel so much more at ease knowing that I can be fit, have AMAZING results, and be a busy mama—without beating myself up. So thankful for this program!! 💕
