Hi I’m Kayla !
I’m down 30 lbs from my heaviest weight and am successfully keeping it off without dieting. My story might resonate with some of you...
I struggled with restriction and yo-yo dieting for years, dealing with hormonal issues that affected my appetite and cravings. This led to a cycle of restriction and binging, losing and gaining the same 10 pounds repeatedly. I tried countless fad diets, each one worsening my relationship with food and my body.
As an athlete and fitness enthusiast, I felt like my body didn't reflect who I truly was. Constantly comparing myself to others, I avoided photos and was preoccupied with losing weight as quickly as possible. My weekends would undo any progress I made during the week due to intense cravings.
After having children, I knew something had to change. I couldn’t spend my life consumed by thoughts of weight loss, fluctuating energy levels, and feeling uncomfortable in my skin. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I finally embraced a sustainable approach that really boosted my metabolism. Eating the right amount of food without cutting out food groups and following efficient, research-based workouts.
I was able to achieve lasting weight loss and gained more energy with a lot less work, rules and restrictions than I ever expected!
Now, it’s my mission to share this experience with other women, offering a weight loss journey that promotes peace of mind, food freedom, and health.
