Developed in collaboration with Pelvic Floor Physio Lauren Richardson, the KBFit Crew Postpartum program is designed to support every step of your postpartum journey.

This 12-week program will help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and safely return to your usual activities.

Length: 12 Weeks

ย  ย  ย (Weeks 1-6):


Rebuild and reconnect with your core through gentle mobility exercises and core work.


This phase focuses on proper alignment and pelvic floor health, preparing you for more challenging movements in Phase 2.

(After your 6-week check-up):


Once cleared by your healthcare provider, Phase 2 introduces weights and equipment to help you safely progress toward more advanced exercises, rebuilding strength and preparing you to return to your normal activities.

This program is gentle enough and approved by a PT to start before your 6-week check-up, but it is not meant to replace in-person therapy.

We highly recommend booking an appointment with a pelvic floor physio at the 6-week mark for a thorough assessment.
